Brooklyn Isn’t Just Where I Work—It’s Home
My wife and I are raising our two kids in Bay Ridge. We live here, shop here, support local businesses, and take part in everything this borough has to offer.
I’m not just representing property here—I’m part of the same community my clients live in. That means I care deeply about the people, the schools, the parks, the small businesses, and the future of these neighborhoods.
Giving Back Is Personal
One cause especially close to my heart is CaringKind, a New York-based organization supporting Alzheimer’s and dementia care. My father passed from dementia eight years ago, and since then, my family has been committed to raising awareness and supporting others facing the same challenges.
My daughter has volunteered with CaringKind, and last year, I walked in their Central Park fundraiser with my team. Giving back isn’t a side note—it’s part of the Pen Realty mission.
Real Estate as a Force for Good
At Pen Realty, community service means more than charity—it’s about showing up for people. It’s helping a neighbor appeal their tax assessment, supporting a local artist with a gallery pop-up at a listing, or referring a great local contractor to a new homeowner.
